Alma's career in customer success management at a prominent plant nursery honed her skills in client relations, problem-solving, and project coordination. Her hands-on experience with general contractors has provided her with a practical understanding of project management and execution. In the healthcare industry, Alma's work as a registered nurse has instilled in her a deep commitment to care, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to challenges.
